OK tour - wish I had learned more. Tour guide spent too much time waiting for people to use the bathroom.

Hello, the tour was good and Alicia the tour guide was very good sharing relevant information but we had a change on the time of the tour as we chose the night tour initially and we were contacted to change it to 3:00 p.m. when the heat was high so the experience we had was different to what we expected. I was informed that I would receive a refund of 70 euros for the change in 7 days but it is Aug 23 and have not received the refund. I will thank if you can please help me get the refund.

La parte dentro del coliseo muy buena con la guía del coliseo. Pero la parte de afuera mala, el audio hacía ruido y nos lo tuvimos que sacar, la guia desordenada, nadie la podía escuchar y seguía hablando. Solo valió la pena la parte dentro del coliseo!

The part inside the coliseum very good with the guide of the coliseum. But the outside part was bad, the audio was noisy and we had to remove it, the guide was messy, nobody could hear it and it kept talking. Only the part inside the colosseum was worth it!
