St. Peter's Basilica Tickets

The St. Peter's Basilica is one of the most important religious buildings in the world. Found in St. Peter's Square, in the Vatican City, it was designed by legendary architects: Bramante, Michelangelo, and  Carlo Maderno

As well as being the place where the Pope celebrates the most important masses of the year, such as Easter Sunday and Christmas day, it is also home to famous works of art such as Michelangelo's famous Pietà statue (The Pity), St. Peter's Baldachin by Bernini, or the Statue of St. Peter on the throne, from the 13th century.

But the major attraction of the Basilica is, without doubt its stunning dome. Designed by Michelangelo in the sixteenth century, it is still the tallest dome in the world. And below its towering profile, is the high altar of the Basilica, under which is said to be buried St. Peter himself, the first bishop of Rome and first pope.

With this skip the line ticket, you'll also enjoy an audioguide which leaves no stone unturned - giving you the full experience when visiting one of the must-see sites not just in Rome, but worldwide.

How Does it Work?

On the day you've chosen, meet the Basilica staff at the right hand Colonnade, who will help you to download the audioguide, and be able to use it without connection. If on the day of the tour you don't have your mobile phone with you, you can still use the traditional audioguide machines.
