Really disappointing. It took us 30 min walking and waiting in the hall. Then another 15 min to grab a bus. The visit was OK but nothing ground breaking. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have mobility issues and cannot visit the Vatican.

The local provider tries to ensure that the activity lives up to the expectations of all participants. We are sorry that this was not the case for you. Your comments will be taken into account in order to improve the service.

The tour is great for those looking to see the gardens which was new for us and then the museum and chapel are self guided. That was a surprise for us but actually thought afterwards it was a blessing since we were not hoping to spend too much time in the museum but rather give most of our time to the sistine chapel. We ended up renting the audio guides from the Vatican and that worked out. The tour was on time and going in was very quick. Would recommend.

Great way to see the gardens, but if you sit on the "wrong" side of the bus, you won't see the whole beauty. Maybe it would be nice to let people get off the bus for 10 minutes at some certain stops?

It was far better than expected. Francesca was an Amazing guide, knowledge, personality, made it informative, great fun and appreciation of the sites and the grounds. Originally I did this for my wife, but it was thrilling to see the history and our guide , Francesca could not have been more charming and knowledgeable. Five Stars.

Muy buena la organización!, pasamos por todas las filas muy bien y rápido!. La guía nos llevó por buenos lugares, y conocia a todos los guardias del Museo. nos podría haber contado un poco mas de la historia y era un poco difícil entenderle el inglés, pero estuvo muy bien!! .
