Colosseum Guided Night Visit

Having met up at the scheduled time on Via Frangipane, we'll set off on a fantastic nighttime tour of the Colosseum. Off we go!

To kick off our visit we'll stroll around the exterior of the Roman Forum, which was the bustling hub of Ancient Rome. As we skirt the edges of this iconic spot, we'll discuss how the public, cultural and economic life of the Roman Empire took place here.

As the sun begins to set on the horizon, we'll see the Basilica of Maxentius, the Temple of Venus, monumental columns and some other spots with inestimable historic value. It'll then be time for the most awaited moment of the tour - let's head inside the Colosseum!

We'll go on a guided visit of this Roman amphitheatre at night, without crowds, when the site is practically empty. Accompanied by our guide, we'll learn all about the history of this important monument, which has been declared a World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

During our visit, we'll travel back in time to the 1st century to discover all the details of how the Colosseum was built while listening to some spectacular stories about gladiators. We'll also visit the Colosseum Arena and the dungeons - what more could you ask for?

After 3 hours of sightseeing, we'll end the guided night tour outside the Colosseum.
