We were able to catch the highlights in just a few hours. Such a dense informational visit. Then we were able to spend as much time in the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica as we liked. Alessandra was terrific. Great way to skip the line

The Basilica was closed and we don’t have time to return the next day, very disappointed. The rest of the tour was good. I would suggest saying in the instructions that the meeting place was away from theVatican as I was worried where we were going to meet.

The visit to the basilica is free of charge and is not included in the itinerary of this activity. We are sorry if this or any other aspect of the organization was not to your liking. We will continue working to improve.

The after sale service of the company is very careless. Better to go by yourself , stay in a queue for 1 hour and get tickets 3-4 times cheaper.

We regret that the visit was not as you expected. Our local team tries to offer the best experience. In our voucher and also on our website we specify how to meet with the group or the meeting point.

We had a great tour! It was very informative hearing all about the Vatican, museum & sistine chapel! We also really liked that our tour guide left us at the Basilica so we could do that on our own. We heard from other people in a different tour that they felt like they were rushed through the Basilica. So we loved that we could do that all on our own time and really take it all in!! Definitely recommend a tour guide for this place!!

Overall: just satisfying. Nothing special. Almost couldn‘t hear the guide even with ear phones. Didn‘t tell many interesting facts, no fun facts. Could have just read on Wikipedia. Wouldn‘t recommend.

Hi. I Took the tour with guide Julia this morning. I and 2 other members of the group could not find her at the exit to the Sistine Chapel. We were not late. I went back twice to look for her. I also looked in Peter’s Basilica where she was to take us without success. I took the audio earpiece back to the Museum exit where I found Guide Adrianne and gave her my earpiece. She said she knows Julia. I hope she will not have to pay for it. She was a good guide but I don’t understand what happened

Very informative tour and great guidance throughout the Vatican museums. Would ha s been nice if that continued into that basilica but also enjoyed spending time there. Guide Julia was friendly and fun and kept us moving.
