Es muy malo el servicio. El guía lento, hablaba de cosas personales de él que a nadie le importaban y oerdía tiempo frenando a cada rato para hablar de temas ajenos a la visita o para decirnos que el baño quedaba a la derecha y hacernos frenar sin dejarnos ir al baño cuando era obvio adonde quedaba el baño. Pésimo. Explicó muy pocas cosas y en la Capilla Sixtina, que es lo más importante, sólo estuvimos 5 minutos. Tuve que darle los aparatos de audio en ese momento y abandonar el grupo.

El guia, a pesar de tener mucha experiencia, no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas. Con todos los tesoros que hay en los museos varicanos no explicaba ni por donde pasabamos y explicaba cosas que no tenian que ver con la visita. Mala experiencia.

Nos citaron en un punto de encuentro, nos asignaron una guía divina!!! La entrada me la vendieron como ingreso rápido, pasamos el Primer control, cuando vamos a retirar los auriculares rebotan las entradas. Una hora de espera para ver si alguien de Civitatis podía resolver el inconveniente. Gracias a la guía y a un encargado del museo pudimos ingresar a las 17 hs.
