It was okay… the bus driver exellent. The tour stared on time. Only thing is when is high temperatures the guides have to be aware of the oldest people, I understand there is a time limit but they push to much to go faster and faster and it can afect the health. Also because there is a lot water to drink be aware of using the bathroom. There was at least 10 senior in my tour struggling to catch up with the fast pace of the guide. Including my mom wich i had to help at one point.

We take note of all this to avoid such incidents in the future and continue to improve our service. We are glad you enjoyed your visit.

I wouldn't have taken this service had I known it wasn't a proper tour with a tour guide. It's more of just a very expensive bus service. I would call this misleading marketing.

The tour guide left us behind although we were on time and we checked in with him! We didn’t end up doing the tour. Being scammed and robbed from this tour company. Tour was prepaid for. The whole trip was extremely rushed. The tour was meant to be in English and Spanish. The guides spent most of their time speaking in Spanish and English was an after thought. It seemed to be very unorganized overall.

Our local team works hard to offer the best service, trying to create an enriching experience. Therefore, they try to teach as much content as possible in the time allowed for the tour. Depending on the guide's explanations, or the interaction level of the group, it is possible that the explanations may be shorter. On the other hand, the length of the itinerary may vary depending on events at the site or other retentions that force us to modify the route. We are sorry that in this case the tour was not as you expected.

Fue una bonita experiencia, el guía nos informo y nos dio consejos para que fuera aún mejor. Para el encuentro, les recomiendo ser más claros con la información, por qué hay varios lugares en la misma plaza con esas indicaciones que recibi y por poco perdemos el bus, aunque hemos estado 30 minutos antes en la estación. La señalización de la ubicación del guía antes de la salida ha sido muy mala. Nos llevamos 14 personas 40 minutos dando vueltas.Se nos vino el tiempo encima y no encontramos el sitio. El guía sin ninguna prenda ni objeto identificativo, con un cartel con subrayadores de colores, atención al cliente no responde hasta después de iniciar la excursión , con lo cual el autobús tiene que volverse a recoger a las personas que faltan y 5 no encuentran el sitio. El omnibus a la vuelta se rompio, no andaba em aire acondicionado y se prendian luces de que el aceite estaba camiente, ademas sonaba una alarma. Llegamos a las 10 de la noche y viajamos con 30 grados de calor. Solicito el reembolso parcial del costo del tour

La actividad fue bastante mal, en mi caso hicimos la excursión a principios de Septiembre, casi nos deja el autobús tirados, se encendió automáticamente la calefacción, y la temperatura no bajaba de 34 grados, el propio conductor no sabía quitar la calefacción, íbamos 30 personas en un mini autobús sin aire acondicionado a 33 grados, a esto le añadimos que el autobús tenía fallo de motor y se salía de los carriles sin ningún control. La llegada estaba prevista a las 9 y llegamos a las 10:30.

La guía estuvo muy bien pero tuvimos problemas con el transporte, el autobús. A la vuelta se averió a 1 hora de Roma, lo cual tuvimos que parar un par de veces y llegamos mucho más tarde al destino debido a que no se podía arreglar la calefacción del autobús y estuvimos a 31°C durante gran parte del trayecto de vuelta sin llegar a poder solucionarlo. Deberían de revisar bien los medios de transporte antes de cada excursión.

Todo el tiempo corriendo, poca flexibilidad, hubo un accidente en trayecto que nos quitó tiempo en ambas ciudades; operador no quiso recuperar, un chofer con muy mala actitud y manejo sin cuidado. Guia hizo su trabajo, pudo haber rescatado el tour pero no le ayudó su compañía y mucho menos que el chofer. Pisa conocimos la plaza. Florencia bajamos a conocer un par de plazas comer algo rápido y regreso, un día completo utilizado para este viaje siendo muy positivos estuvo bien a secas.
