El guía Alessandro una maravilla pero que te dejen "tirado " en la Capilla Sixtina y que te abandonen a tu suerte para ir a la Basilica de San Pedro..........no me parece correcto. Máxime teniendo en cuenta el título del Tour. Insisto Alessandro espectacular !!!!

Lo peor de la excursion el guia que nos tocó. Pésimo, ABURRIDO y egocéntrico. Se pasaba mucho tiempo hablando de cosas sin relevancia, hasta los guardias de los museos le llamaron la atención y comenzó una disputa donde se fueron sumando más guardias de seguridad, discutieron por al menos 20 minutos, eso hizo que el grupo de disperse hasta incluso se perdiera gente. Sumado a que gracias a eso no pudimos ingresar a la Basilica de S. Pedro. PESIMO! No lo recomiendo!

The worst part of the tour was our guide. Terrible, boring, and self-centered. He spent a lot of time talking about irrelevant things. Even the museum guards called him out, and a dispute started, with more security guards joining in. They argued for at least 20 minutes, causing the group to disperse and even get lost. Added to that, we weren't allowed into St. Peter's Basilica because of it. TERRIBLE! I don't recommend it!

La actividad hubiese sido buena porque el guía es EXCELENTE y con derroche de conocimientos. Estábamos ENCANTADOS con el guía y sus explicaciones PERO un guardia de seguridad se portó grosero con el guía, quería que el mismo circulara por el lugar y no se detuviera explicando. Esa situación dañó la actividad. Una lástima que en esos lugares exista un personal tan incompetente. Por ustedes TODO BIEN, pero debían reclamar, ya que lo guardias deben estar mejor calificados para que no se repita.

Con el dineral que vale el tour, el tiempo estimado es de 3 horas pero no porque lo que se ve y/o lo que te cuentan sino por los tiempos en entrar y los desplazamientos. Cristina cuenta el tour muy bien. No nos gustó, que no entrara en la Capilla Sixtina a explicarnos lo más importante del recorrido. Entendemos, que ella sigue órdenes pero el argumento fue que dentro no se puede hablar y al menos, contamos 9 tour con sus grupos. Buscad otra empresa porque hay opciones de elección.

Considering the price of the tour, the estimated time is three hours, not because of what you see and/or what you're told, but because of the time it takes to get in and the travel time. Cristina explains the tour very well. We didn't like that she didn't go into the Sistine Chapel to explain the highlights of the tour. We understand that she follows orders, but her argument was that you can't talk inside, and we counted at least nine tours with their groups. Look for another company because there are plenty of options to choose from.
