Group was not located where the voucher said to meet, luckily I had a WhatsApp number to contact and they managed to find us but the whole thing was stressful and chaotic. Our guide was lovely and helpful but should of held the microphone closer to her mouth as the Vatican museam was extremely crowded and it was hard to hear her in the earpiece.

We have confirmed with our local staff that the activity started from the designated meeting point. Fortunately, you could find the group. On the other hand, the popularity of this tour can lead to bigger groups of participants, and therefore a higher occupancy on the tour. Anyway, our guides are ready to provide the explanations even with large groups. We apologize for any inconvenience caused in this regard.

The tour was great - but this is more for Civitatis! Computer glitch caused the wrong meeting point to generate on our voucher. After waiting around a bit and realizing that no one was around - a quick call to the main number got us in touch with the local office & someone was there with us to help within 5 minutes, had contacted our tour guide to let them know we were with them & connected us with the guide/group before the tour began. First class customer service.

Ante todo, decir que el guía era excelente. Sin embargo, el tour duró 2 horas en vez de 3 ( no creo q sea la responsabilidad del guía sino la instrucción de Civitatis). Recorrimos parte de Museos Capitolinos, y termino el tour antes de entrar a la Capilla Sixtina. San Pedro también lo tuvimos que visitar sin guía. Creemos haber contratado otra cosa; la descripción del producto y el precio así lo indican.

First of all, say that the guide was excellent. However, the tour lasted 2 hours instead of 3 (I don't think it's the guide's responsibility but the Civitatis instruction). We toured part of the Capitoline Museums, and the tour ended before entering the Sistine Chapel. We also had to visit San Pedro without a guide. We believe we have contracted something else; the description of the product and the price indicate it.
