The No should include the address of the specific stops. Also some of the drivers are rude. I only encontré a couple of nice drivers. And they were finishing their schedule.

Buying tickets to the tourist bus through Civitatis you get the City Sightseeing red bus. There's something wrong and Civitatis always shows that your ticket is for 24 hours more. I bought then twice, my 72 hour voucher was a 48 hour ticket when the red bus employee scanned it, the 48 hour was suddenly 24 hours. The first time I encountered a nice lady from the red bus company who acknowledged this mistake wasn't my fault. Second time a very rude guy shouted at me and treated me horribly.

We have confirmed that the 72-hour reservation was successfully released from our system. We are sorry if you had problems at your destination to redeem it and, above all, if someone treated you unkindly. We will continue working to improve, also in the treatment we offer to our customers.

We like your bus tour and are very happy that we booked our ride so we are not having to walk to see the city. It is August and this makes it a little difficult to walk out in the hot weather during the afternoon hours. Buses are easy to find and get on and off of.
