Prima volta che provavo questo servizio. Mi sono trovato molto bene, la frequenza evita lunghe attese alle fermate, vicine ai luoghi d’interesse. Unico neo, siamo stati avvertiti solo sul bus che per un evento il percorso sarebbe cambiato. Sarebbe bello che si offrisse un servizio di armadietti in prossimità delle fermate per permettere, sopratutto a chi ha figli piccoli, di lasciare zaini o altro per riprenderli prima di risalire. en la plaza Termini nos resultó muy complicado encontrar la parada para coger el bus rojo. de hecho, no la encontramos. las personas con chaleco en las paradas muy amables y son de gran ayuda :) el mapa en papel también muy bien. el que se abre con el link de la confirmación de reserva tiene una resolución muy baja. el bus amarillo el audio en español a veces parece que sea un robot y hay partes del audio que se mezcla con el italiano. en el bus rojo no pasó esto, la voz es mucho más agradable Translate this opinion into English.

Estuve de plantón más de una hora en la terminal de estos autobuses en Termini y no pasó la compañía a la cual pagué 26 €. Paso por fin uno a las 18:15 y no recogió pasajeros y dijo que cerraba servicio. Quise subir en otro autobús de otra comoañia y unos sinverguenzas que amanazaban a los usuarios con malas formas de trato lo impidieron. Yo enseñando el ticket de pago de 26 €, muy mal y muy penoso lo comunique a los carabinieris que es un verdadero desastre yo no disfruté para nada de malos tra

Cogimos para 72h....pero no vale la pena...con 24h hubiera sido más que suficiente. No lo recomiendo si lo que se piensa es en utilizarlo como un trasporte puntual. Muy lento. En las paradas de termini se tira más de 35 minutos dando vueltas. Un trayecto que iba a ser 40 min...se convirtió en 1,5h. Cuando estas en el piso de arriba no se oyen las paradas...sino estás atento, se te pasan.

We booked for 72 hours, but it's not worth it... 24 hours would have been more than enough. I don't recommend it if you're planning on using it as a one-time transport. It's very slow. At the Termini stops, it takes more than 35 minutes to go around in circles. A journey that was supposed to take 40 minutes ended up taking 1.5 hours. When you're on the top floor, you can't hear the stops... if you're not paying attention, you'll miss them.
