Los responsables del autobus siempre fueron muy atentos y colaborativos. Las paradas estan bien repartidas para poder acceder rapidamente a los principales monumentos y los comentarios, aunque breves, por la logica falta de tiempo, dan una informacion aceptable. Era el último tour y tenía prisa por acabar y el conductor iba muy deprisa y no se correspondía el audio, con lo que veíamos. Pero las vistas desde el piso de arriba del bus, con los monumentos iluminados y las luces de Navidad lo compensaban

Pésima experiencia , de todos los buses era el que menos pasaba , la línea amarilla no logré pillarla ni una vez en dos días , el primer día dijeron q estaba suspendida , el segundo día simplemente la frecuencia era inexistente. . El segundo día después de esperar media hora ya era el penúltimo bus , en la parada del Vaticano línea roja , el bus chocó y tuvimos que esperar media hora más que no daba para terminar otro recorrido ..

Terrible experience. Of all the buses, it was the least frequent. I couldn't catch the yellow line even once in two days. The first day they said it was suspended, and the second day the service was simply nonexistent. On the second day, after waiting half an hour, it was already the second-to-last bus. Después de estar en la puerta de la termini más de media hora esperando el autobús que nos dijo un chaval que estaba vendiendo los tickets que llegaría el autobús en unos 15 minutos. Después de media hora le pregunto y me dice que en esa parada no paraba. Y que nos fuéramos a otra. Después de estar esperando tanto tiempo. Ya nos lo podía ver dicho antes. Mala organización

La actividad fue fatal por la poca comunicación y la falta total de información. No marcan las paradas del bus con suficiente información, si hay cambios por obras o por cualquier corte de tráfico, no son capaces de mandar comunicado, hoy en día con la app y WhatsApp, les tendría que ser más que suficiente para tener al cliente te informado. Una diferencia abismal con el resto de actividades q hemos hecho en Roma con otras agencias. Me arrepiento muchísimo de haber contratado con Civitatis.

The experience was terrible due to poor communication and a complete lack of information. Para demasiado tiempo en las paradas, la vuwlta seria una hora o menos sin paradas y dura 2 por todo el tiempo que pasa en las paradas, aunque no haya gente para subierse. Hay paradas en las que no se ve nada, como plaza de españa. Que no se ve en la ruta , apenas da informacion
