I wouldn't have taken this service had I known it wasn't a proper tour with a tour guide. It's more of just a very expensive bus service. I would call this misleading marketing.

This activity is offered with an escort who gives the appropriate explanations during the tour. As described on our website, almost all the places are free to visit, and not guided. We apologise that you did not see this information before, and we are regret that the tour was not to your liking.

The tour guide left us behind although we were on time and we checked in with him! We didn’t end up doing the tour. Being scammed and robbed from this tour company. Tour was prepaid for. Wasted my hard earned money. Really don’t recommend anyone to use this tour company! No contact details for anyone! Very disappointing, Rome trip ruined, thanks!

The whole trip was extremely rushed. The tour was meant to be in English and Spanish. The guides spent most of their time speaking in Spanish and English was an after thought. It seemed to be very unorganized overall.

Our local team works hard to offer the best service, trying to create an enriching experience. Therefore, they try to teach as much content as possible in the time allowed for the tour. Depending on the guide's explanations, or the interaction level of the group, it is possible that the explanations may be shorter. On the other hand, the length of the itinerary may vary depending on events at the site or other retentions that force us to modify the route. We are sorry that in this case the tour was not as you expected.

Viaje muy largo, autobus viejo e incomodo. Muy poco tiempo en pizza y florencia sin tiempo para entrar. Los horarios de llegada coinciden con el cierre de la basilica de pissa con lo cual es imposible visitarla a pesar de q es gratuito. No hay tiempo de subir a la torre. En fin muchas horas invertidas en autobus y muy poco tiempo de visita. Hemos viajado siempre con civitatis y nos habia ido muy bien pero esta vez fue muy regular. Ademas los guias tenian eñ logo de otra empresa subcontratada

Son muchas horas de excursión de las cuales tan solo aprovechas 3 horas escasas para poder visitar los dos sitios a los que vas (50 minutos Pisa y 2:30 horas Florencia). Todo bien muy majos el monitor durante el camino te explica historia y que se puede ver en cada lugar pero no es una visita guidada en esos lugares, ellos solo te llevan y ahí es libre cada uno hace lo que quiere nosotros estuvimos 50 min en pisa (tampoco hace falta mas para hacerte la típica foto) y 3h y media en Florencia, os recomiendo que os llevéis bocatas para comer para no perder tiempo buscando sitios para comer que en Florencia que están todos con colas Translate this opinion into English.
