La gran Valentina!!! Excelente, no puede haber otra palabra para calificarla. Llena de conocimientos y humor para transmitirlos. Lo recomiendo absolutamente. Civitatis debería ofrecer la posibilidad al cliente o al menos indicarlo a la hora de reservar, la subida a la cúpula que son 15€ con ascensor y después subes a pie como 200 escalones y las tumbas papales que llevan 5 min y así no tendríamos que contratar otro tour aparte. Considerando que a entrada custa em média 20 euros, e que pagamos 100 euros por pessoa, considero os 80 euros por pessoa um valor muito alto pela visita guiada em si, visto que era um grupo grande de quase 15 pessoas. Ainda mais por que na capela cistina em si, a guia não ficou conosco.

Fiquei um pouco decepcionada porque contratei o passeio com museos vaticanos, capela sistina e acesso à Basílica. Algum tempo depois informaram que o acesso à Basílica não seria mais possível (mesmo antes do falecimento do Papa Francisco). Na visita, a guia nos acompanhou apenas numa parte dos museos, o grupo precisou continuar sozinho por parte dos museus até à capela Sistina. No entanto, vários guias acompanharam seu grupo até a saída com acesso à praça São Pedro. Não foi como contratado.

The tour guide focused a lot on details missing out time on simple yet important elements, as spiral staircase, taking in the designs of the rooms. Hicimos un tour el pasado sábado con Carla y la verdad es que nos pareció muy interesante y entretenido a pesar de ser un tour de 3h y con mucha información. Explicó todo muy bien. Incluso pudimos ver las estancias pintadas por Rafael. Qué maravilla! Lo que no me gustó es que teníamos reservado para ver también la basílica De San Pedro y por lo que nos dijeron…la logística había cambiado y no pudimos acceder, no bonificándonos esa parte del tour comprado, cuando es un problema ajeno a nosotros.
