The Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill tour with Gladiator’s Gate was an amazing experience. Our guide, Simona, was excellent and shared incredible details about the Colosseum and its rich, extensive history. Although the weather was cloudy and later rainy, it added even more drama to the visit. Even under heavy rain, we were able to absorb the stories and truly feel the importance of this historic place. A atividade foi boa, em se tratandode conteúdo. No entanto, o Stefano fez um percurso saindo do ponto de encontro para a entrada do Coliseu conduzindo o grupo pela avenida, costeando um alambrado. Achei um risco às pessoas. Poderia seguir pela calçada do lado oposto da rua. Ele também poderia privilegiar paradas em pontos com sombras. O sol estava muito forte e é preciso ter esta sensibilidade.

Tudo muito tranquilo e confiável. Nossa guia foi excelente. Vi pessoas reclamando aqui que para alguns passeios tinha sido muito rápido, principalmente no Coliseu, mas no nosso caso passamos cerca de quase 3h no passeio inteiro. Muito proveitoso. A única coisa que achei que poderia melhorar é a identificação da empresa que vai fazer o passeio. Cheguei procurando por pessoas uniformizadas com as cores da Civitatis e não achei ninguém. Je tiens à vous faire part de ma déception suite à la visite du Colisée. Ma visite guidée en français a été annulée, remplacée par une application mobile sans parcours structuré, loin de la prestation promise. Aucun audioguide ne m’a été remis, et aucune compensation ne m’a été proposée pour cette différence de service. Cette expérience, très en deçà de mes attentes, m’a incité à ne plus solliciter vos services pour mes prochaines visites à Rome.

O passeio foi terrível e não indico devido a guia Gisele. Durante todo percurso reclamava de cansaço, de ter que ficar repetindo as explicações durante o dia para vários grupos, ficando fazendo falas sobre suas convicções políticas do Brasil e criticando o país. Eu paguei para visitar e ouvir sobre história do Coliseu e dos demais locais próximos e não para saber sobre seu posicionamento político. Faltou profissionalismo e sobrou cansaço e reclamação.
