Nada recomendable, pérdida de dinero! Te dicen que tendrás acceso sin colas a la basílica y cúpula y nada mas lejos de la realidad. Para entrar “sin colas” nos han hecho colarnos por la cara de toda la gente que estaba allí hacía horas, y cuando nos hemos negado por vergüenza la guia (alicia) dice que no nos va a esperar. Para eso me cuelo por mi cuenta y no pago. Para la cúpula de nuevo cola, aunque la hemos saltado porque conocian a la guia. Por cierto, una maleducada!!

Venden la excursion como si no se debe hacer filas y es mentira. Nos hicieron colarnos mientras la gente nos insultaba en todos los idiomas.

Me encantó la Basílica de San Pedro. La guía muy profesional que hizo interesante el tour. Accedimos al piso inferior donde pudimos ver las tumbas papales. Por último subimos a la cúpula, la primera parte en ascensor (totalmente recomendable) y la segunda parte más de 300 escalones. Las indicaciones que ofrece Civitatis en cuanto a subir hay que tomarlas en serio. Buena forma física y de salud, pero también importante personas que tengan problemas de ansiedad. Terrible, el Guia antes de iniciar , se puso a esperar 3 personas que estaban realizando una prueba de antígeno , por esto nos retrasamos aprox 40 min entre la espera en la salida del tour más la espera en la entrada de seguridad del Vaticano .. no se termino la visita guiada a la hora acordada y perdí otras entradas a los museos del Vaticano por esta razón . Lamentablemente no se puede esperar a personas que estén retrasadas y los que si llegamos puntual retrasarnos .

No pude realizar la actividad porque nos perdimos y no encontramos el punto de encuentro. Escribí por el chat que dicen que esta disponible 24h y me contestaron 2 días después. Cuando localicé la oficina ya era demasiado tarde y no nos reubicaron en otro grupo. Asi que ni vimos la cúpula, ni recuperamos el dinero ni Civitatis nos dio una solución

La hora de encuentro era a las 08.15 y la empresa no abrió hasta las 8.35. Entre que prepararon todo lo necesario para la visita, no salimos hasta las 8.50 hacia la Basílica. Había un poco de cola para entrar, así que al final la visita fue express. Por otro lado, al guía se le entendía fatal, demasiado técnico, no pudimos ver toda la Basílica porque dedicaba mucho tiempo a ciertas partes y otras quedaron sin ver. Al final la visita fue muy muy corta.
