Teníamos reserva a las 11:30 para visitar el Panteón con audioguía y a mayores incluía el bus turístico, aunque lo que nos interesaba era el Panteón. Llegamos media hora antes para no arriesgar y resulta que nuestras entradas no eran válidas. No las pudimos usar porque según la chica estaban sold out. Las hemos pagado para nada. Nos sentimos decepcionados y estafados, no nos dieron opción de devolvernos el dinero ni ninguna solución, y resulta que en la puerta si hacías cola podías entrar por 5€

We had a reservation at 11:30 to visit the Pantheon with an audio guide, which included the tour bus, although we were interested in the Pantheon itself. We arrived half an hour early to be on the safe side, and it turned out our tickets weren't valid. We couldn't use them because, according to the girl, they were sold out. We paid for them for nothing. We felt disappointed and ripped off. We weren't given the option of a refund or any other solution, and it turned out that if you waited in line at the door, you could get in for €5.

Un desastre. No me dejaron entrar. Decía que con el qr entraba y no se podía. Me comunique con big bus y me dice que tenia que canjearlo. En el voucher no decía eso decía que me lo mandaban x mail. Hago el reclamo y me lo pasan para hoy jueves 20. Me manda big bus que tengo que cambiarlo en plaza navona 25. Voy al lugar y me dice que ya no canjaban más. La chica del.local llamó a alguien x wasp y me lo pudieron solucionar pero la dirección que me mandaron ya no trabaja con big bus. Un desastre

A operadora da atividade não enviou os Vouchers conforme estava previsto na contratação. Nunca entrou em contato e nem sequer respondeu a mensagem que enviei pela plataforma da Civitatis.

Não foi enviado o ticket eletrônico para entrar no Pantheon, paguei antecipado e uma empresa de nome Vox, não enviou o ticket e a Civitatis não fez nada para resolver o problema. Resumindo: Fiquei no prejuízo, não fiz o passeio.

Absolutamente todo mal. Teniendo una parada del autobús a 2 minutos de mi hotel, tuve que rodar en taxi 15 minutos porque solo podía abordar en la 1 parada. Además, el sitio donde supuestamente se hace el canje para las entradas al panteón ya no lo hacen, no me las enviaron por correo, me las enviaron por WhatsApp porque unos agentes de turismo hicieron el reclamo. No incluye audio guía, no hay personal que te ayude en ningún momento. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Absolutely everything is wrong. Having a bus stop 2 minutes from my hotel, I had to take a taxi for 15 minutes because I could only get on at the 1st stop.
