The OMNIA card was not worth it and the queue for the card was too long. Civitatis customer service was very unhelpful.

This card has attractions that can be booked, which are detailed on our website. On the other hand, the popularity of this pass may cause delays in pick-up. We are regret that the help we have provided has not been enough, and that you could not enjoy the card as you had hoped.

I'm not sure it's value for money - maybe if you do absolutely everything. Given the size of Rome I don't think you need the hop on hop off bus - you have free public transport anyway.

Unclear information on how to use it. Then in Rome one of the offices was closed, therefore I lost a reservation. Then it didn't work in the vatican so i had to call them....The person who attended me didn't speak English or Spanish so she cut the conversation... I don't recommend it at all.

I’m positive the card would have been very useful. I unfortunately wasn’t able to use the transportation as much as I had hoped, and I wasn’t able to make reservations to any of the museums or monuments. I kept getting “error” messages every time I tried to make a reservation. I’m sure it’s very helpful to other people, but I unfortunately wasn’t able to get my money’s worth out of it.

In the web description of your pass we specify the activities included, how to activate the ticket, and the duration of the pass. On the other hand, the booking process in the different places to visit depends on the company that manages each one of them. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and that the card was not as you expected.

Cost simply don’t add up, Gate ticket prices are far more cheaper & even the queues were non existent (atleast during our trip between 9th to 11th July 2022)

My husband´s Roma Pass was not valid anymore in the Metro before the 72 hours. Fortunately the Signora in the Roma Pass Office near Castel St. Angelo could solve the problem. Booking activities was a little bit complicated. I don´t know why there have to be two separate cards - Omnia Card and Roma Pass.

It was good however it was unfortunate we couldnt use the hop on off voor covid reasons but using the roma pass for metro n bus good gave us a chance to experience everything in Rome

Ok for the Vatican but not ok for Colosseum. Skip the line only worked for Vatican, and for Collosseum we need to book visit hour direct with Collosseum to skip the line, but it was fully booked for Easter Week, so we needed to be on the line for more than one hour and half as other people without any ticket for Collosseum...

The card was nice and it was convenient to be able to get into a couple of museums but the transportation card wasn’t really needed and we still had to stand in several long lines despite having “skip the line” access.
