Italian Pizza Workshop

We'll meet in Piazza di Sant'Apollinare in Rome at the appointed time and go to the restaurant where the workshop will take place.

After meeting the chef, the workshop will begin with some theoretical notions that will help us when making the pizzas. How long does the dough have to rest? Why are stone ovens so important? We'll reveal all the secrets so that you can become real experts.

Then, once we've listened to the explanations, it's time to get down to business. During the workshop, you'll have a wide variety of ingredients to make a pizza to your liking. Marinera, margarita, diavola or Neapolitan, which one will you prepare? Whatever it is, it's sure to be delicious!

An hour later, we'll sit down to enjoy our preparation. We'll accompany the pizza with bruschetta as an appetizer and an alcoholic drink to choose between wine or beer. You'll also have water and coffee or limoncello.

The activity will end after two hours of learning and a lot of fun.
