Good class! We made a tiramisu first, which took a bit of the mystery out of it. But I will definitely be using the recipe when I get home. Then we made our own pasta. This one is a bit tricky. I’ll have another go at home, but will probably be buying pre made. We then had lunch made from our pasta. The meal included wine and a tot of limoncello. I would definitely recommend.
