Ha estado muy divertida, lo hemos pasado muy bien! El único pero... que la clase era en ingles y no hemos entendido nada. La cogimos sabiendo que era en ingles porque queriamos vivir la experiencia, pena de no poder expresarnos y entendernos demasiado bien con el grupo. Aún asi no me arrepiento para nada!! El chef Leo es muy bueno. Llegamos justo a tiempo, pero nos hicieron esperar 13 minutos. La clase ya había iniciado y nos incorporamos a mitad de la receta de tiramisú. El taller fue genial, muy bien organizado. Nos esperaban con las mesas listas para empezar a cocinar. Primero hicimos el tiramisú para que esté frío para comerlo al final de la actividad. Luego pasamos a la pasta, explicada paso a paso por Matt , un genio, que nos iba chequeando si veníamos bien con la consistencia de la masa, cómo estirarla, cortarla, rellenar los ravioles.
