Los autobuses tanto de ida como de vuelta fueron puntuales con respecto al horario señalado. Sin embargo, la responsable de recoger los billetes en el aeropuerto no fue nada agradable. De malas maneras nos indicó que cada uno debía ir sentado en el hueco que quedase libre, sin dejar que nos explicásemos.

En Roma nos costo un poco encontrar el autobús porque estaba el último de todos, pero solucionado. Lo que si les pediría es que hicieran alguna parada más. Nosotros estábamos cerca del Vaticano y tuvimos que ir hasta Termini para poder coger el autobús. Y también estaría bien que cuando reservas te aseguraran la plaza, no ya con número de asiento, pero si que te aseguren que vas a tener sitio en el horario que tu quieres.
