Le château donne une vue magnifique sur rome. L'édifice est intéressant à visiter mais l'audioguide n'est pas au point. Il déroule les explications sans être aux bon endroit et en plus les numéros de l'audioguide sont différents de l'audioguide officiel.

Después de numerosos intentos para descargarme las entradas, al final no lo he conseguido, así que he tenido q comprarlas en ventanilla. Ustedes pueden comprobar q al final no he podido descargarlas, consultándolo al proveedor. El me ha comentado que reclame con ustedes las devolución de la reserva.

La audioguia que te envían es imposible de seguir según el recorrido que te hacen ir en el propio monumento. También la aplicación aunque lo habíamos descargado se quedaba bloqueado en los teléfonos. Por lo tanto no pudimos escuchar bien la audioguia

Buenas tardes, la experiencia por parte de Civicitatis fue pesima, no pudimos descargar el pdf de las entradas ya abonadas por lo cual por no perder la experiencia compramos unas alli en taquilla. Habia algun problema en la aplicacion. Buscamos cerca del Castillo alguien de su empresa que nos pudiera ayudar y no encontramos a nadie. Hare los tramites para la devolucion de mi dinero.

Fue una estafa. Nunca recibimos la entrada original al Castillo. Tanto el bono que recibimos con el voucher y los tickets de la app que te hacen descargar, no eran válidos. Pedimos por favor nos hagan el reembolso completo ya que tuvimos que pagar nuevamente la entrada al llegar al lugar.

It was a scam. We never received the original admission to the Castle. Both the voucher we received and the tickets from the app they ask you to download were invalid. We ask for a full refund, as we had to pay the admission fee again upon arrival.

La ventaja es que vas a tu propio ritmo. Sin embargo en el mismo Castillo te venden una audio guía qué lleva su propia numeración la cual no es la misma que la de este recorrido y tiende a ser confuso con las instrucciones
