I can not tell you how it was as I was left standing in the rain for 45 min without any contact. I called three times and was told the guide would call me no call when I called again and again I got a voice mail without any contact. Now I have to try and get a refund I don’t think a company with bad of service will issue me one but I will try. I will be posting reviews any where I can so maybe someone else will not have to endure

Our local team did not register your reservation due to a one-time mistake. We deeply apologize and will make sure this does not repeat itself. Also, we have already proceeded with a complete refund.

You didn't show up! And you didn't send me an email to cancel! How much worse can it get?
