The tour we booked and paid for was cancelled because apparently not enough people had booked on the 8.30 am tour on Thursday 27th October. Now struggling to get money back.

Over all, the guide was nice and informative, and it was enjoyable. After climbed the top and regathered, it was hard to stay with the group because the elevator could not hold all of the group and when we were on the ground floor, she moved fast and at some point, I lost her. Maybe not her fault but it was hard to find her back. Maybe the flag should be more visible? It was a good tour and the guide was excellent, English communication was great.

Very bad english pronunciation, barely understood, quite boring and tiring stories, the other tour lady leads the tour much better and more interestingly. I had the opportunity to hear them in the distance.

Our guides are professionals qualified to provide explanations in all languages, even when it is not their mother tongue. We are sorry to hear that you did not like the tour.

Very bad, I feel that we where lied to. It sayed that it included a climb to the dome and it didn’t. Also we tried to contact with you and the site never let us through with the contact.

We have confirmed that the visit to the dome took place at the beginning of the tour. We are sorry you could not make it on time. On the other hand, in the emails sent we provided the number of our local team so that you could contact them directly. We hope that the rest of the tour, at least, was to your liking.

Great experience to discover the dome, church and tomb with valuable information from an enthusiastic guide. We have seen St Peter’s before on our own but this visit was special with Eduardo on the sideline.
