I didn’t even get to use my shuttle tickets cause when I arrived at the airport, the next available bus was 2 hours away. What kind of airport shuttle service offers a service every 2 hours? I had to buy another ticket from a different company in order to leave the airport quickly. Next time I’d never by from them again.

This was not a very user-friendly experience. It was almost impossible to find the timetable online and it severely affected our ability to arrive at the airport on time for our return journey.

The bus didn't arrive, waited from 2130 until 2245 for the 2215 bus which did not show up. Very disappointed

We're sorry you couldn't enjoy this service as planned. The local supplier has confirmed that the buses run as normally that day. When I realised that I had booked the wrong day there was no way for me to change it. I didn’t want to cancel just change the day. I thought you could have been a little more flexible than this.

All our activities have a very specific cancellation policy, which you are informed about on our website, before booking, and in the booking confirmation email. You wanted to change the date when the deadline had passed and our customer service department told you to contact the local supplier directly to arrange this. We are sorry that you were not able to enjoy this service as planned.

According to schedule, bus had to go from Ciampino airport at 14.35h and left at 14.15h. Your employee on bus station said that next one go on 15.30h but that he couldn't confirm that it would came on time so we had to pay to other company new tickets. We would be grateful if your company return our money back. Tnx in advance, Damir Milos
