Our guide Anna was very knowledgeable and made the experience extremely interesting ! A good tour that I would certainly recommend! We had a delayed start as the joining instructions were not clear and we ended up missing the meeting point but Anna was extremely patient and found us and managed to guide us despite the slow start. Thank you Anna!

The site was wonderful but our tour guide, while lovely, wasn’t a licensed tour guide but an American student who had studied environmental issues. Her lack of knowledge of the site was evident, however enthusiastic she may have been.

The guide is an expert in the area and she is also studying the dig in Ostia Antica, so probably there was any kind of confussion with her academic knowledge.

Alessio was warm & friendly and very helpful in recommending a place nearby to store our luggage for the day. We had to leave the tour early to catch a train and he was very understanding. It was our refer to leave early. This was a great way to explore Ostia Antica!

Our tour guide Alessio was fantastic, educated and extremely knowledgeable about Ostia. If you go to Rome do take this tour. Ostia is a beautiful place. We spent four days in Rome and this tour was an absolute highlight of our time in Rome.

Excellent tour guide. We didn't have to worry about finding the right train, because the guide met us at the train station. The tour was very informative. The city of Ostia Antica incredible and much bigger than I expected. If you go to Rome, you should take a half day and go here. It's a beautiful place that gives a great idea of what it would have been like to live in a Roman city.
