SPECIAL ASSISTANCE WAS EXCELLENT, The on the ground staff could not of been more helpful looked after us very well. A good way to get quick access to the airport. Our driver was also very good and helpful to us getting the wheelchair set up for my husband and bringing our luggage to us. Thank you all.

Como en todas las actividades que hemos cogido en este crucero, la actividad en sí bien, la falta de puntualidad absoluta, en este caso el autobús a Fiumicino salía a las 9.30 y demoraba 45 minutos, realmente salimos a las 10 y aún hicimos una parada para recoger mas gente en la ciudad, llegamos a Fiumicino a las 11h, esto para un traslado al aeropuerto, puede ser muy importante.

Loathe as we are to recommend a service, Civitatis were excellent. Like most people booking online we were nervous about making a reservation online. Our concern was misplaced. Our trip from the cruise terminal to Rome airport could not have been easier and stress free. Port gate to airport in under an hour with numerous very friendly and helpful staff to assist with the transfer. Many thanks and well done. We will not hesitate next time we need a transfer.

When booking the shuttle it did not indicate we would have to take a "shuttle to the shuttle" so that was a little surprising. The description should have provided a little more information about that as well as where we would be waiting. Otherwise the shuttle/transfer was great.

Take the free bus shuttle from Civitavecchia port to Largo Della Pace. Not the one that costs 6 euro yo the train station. Once at Largo Della Pace there were a lot of people and not entirely clear what logo to look for. The website colors are red but the staff were dressed in yellow, but at least there were many of them so easy to ask. Once here it was easy and comfortable to get to the airport. Took the shuttle from Civitavecchia to FCO. The booking website took a little bit searching to find. The booking process was straightforward and response was timely. It was a little challenging to find the free shuttle to the Largo della pace. At the meeting place, the staff was organized, and the driver was excellent, friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the Driver. It would be better if the toilet on the bus is available. Will definitely recommend to others to use.

We waited more than 20 minutes inside the bus without A/C because the driver said he could not put it on if we were stopped. Literally we were all of us sweating inside. Apart of that we did not leave until they made sure the bus was totally complete, because they were selling more tickets outside the bus. That made us rush to get on our flight on time.

Prices are great! Bus to Largo della Pace at cruise disembarked location is very confusing. So many buses at locations, and having a lots of problems finding the right bus. Needs improvement on this.
