La verdad que por un lado estuvo bien, pero hay mucho tráfico y mucho atasco en Roma y el autobús la mayor parte del tiempo acaba parado en semáforos con lo cual no es lo más recomendable. Esto resulta desesperante. Supongo que habrá horas mejores a primera hora o a última de la tarde, pero a mitad de mañana estás más tiempo parado que circulando. No obstante, tienes una visión de Roma muy chula la verdad!

The truth is that on one hand it was good, but there's a lot of traffic and jams in Rome, and the bus often ends up stopped at traffic lights, so it's not the best option. This is frustrating. I suppose there are better times to take it early in the morning or late in the afternoon, but by mid-morning you're stuck more than you are traveling. Nevertheless, you get a really cool view of Rome!

Usamos dos billetes de 48 horas. La linea roja nos gustó más que la amarilla porque, aunque es ligeramente más corta, las explicaciones del autobús (en ambas son grabaciones) son mejores. También tiene paradas en los lugares más importantes de Roma, por ejemplo: Coliseo, estación de Termini, Castillo de San Angelo o la iglesia de Santa María la Mayor. Sin duda, merece la pena para ver los sitios más turísticos sin necesidad de pasear por las calles y subidos en el autobús.

Al llegar a Roma por la mañana, en autobús desde el barco anclado en el puerto de Civitavechia, nos informaron los trabajadores de la compañía del crucero MSC que que no circulaban los autobuses turísticos ese día por un evento deportivo. Tras almorzar en el centro nos dirijimos a una parada del bus, para ver si ya circulaba. Estuvimos unos 40 minutos esperando y no pasó ninguno . Finalmente decidimos marcharnos. Por todo ello solicitamos la devolución del importe de los billetes.

Este dia empezaba mis dias en Roma, por lo que contrate el big bus por 72 horas para moverme y conocer la ciudad. Estuve 45 minutos esperando el camion y nunca aparecio hasta que personas serca de mi les pregunte me comentaron que ese domingo no trabajaban a lo que no sabiamos y en la aplicacion no vi ningun mensaje por lo que solicito a ustedes un reembolso de ese dia

nous avons débuté l’utilisation du bus le 1/06 à 16 ; un partie du parcours était fermée à cause du Giro ( secteur du forum romain ) ( nous n’avons pas pu utiliser notre billet le lendemain matin parce que que la circulation était complètement fermée dans le centre de Rome. Ces événements étaient prévus depuis longtemps et votre société informée des restrictions de circulation. Vous auriez dû nous prévenir et faire un tarif particulier. Nous sommes 4 clients déçus
